Christine is dedicated to helping individuals build strength through compound movements, improving physical literacy, and enhancing work capacity, supplemented by nutritional interventions tailored to specific workout goals. With a solid grasp of the scientific principles of achieving one's goals, she eliminates the guesswork in optimizing for clients' objectives, whether centered on general health, performance enhancement, or body composition goals.
Outside the gym, Christine enjoys mountain biking, hiking, pickleball, running, winter sports, and anything outdoors.
