If you are serious about getting a great trainer, Adam is the one for you. His CHEK training plus his knowledge of nutrition really gives one a lot of advantages when training or doing bodywork with him! Through his direction and positive motivation/support, I see not only myself but many others achieve great results! His small clean modern gym really lends itself to wanting to work out there in a light-filled, friendly environment. I cannot say enough great things about how this place has positively affected my life and making me feel great!

This gym is one of the best gyms I have been to in my long life. Attention to detail is the name of the game. As an Army veteran, the best soldiers were those who were able to detect the little things to make the mission a success. This is what Adam Winter (owner) and his staff do. They not only take care of the large issues concerning your body makeover but zero in on the little things that can mean the difference between staying motivated or losing interest in your body’s new lifestyle.
