Jonathan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer. He has been spending time in gyms since his early teenage years in Israel, and has had a passion for lifting and fitness ever since. The transition from trainee to trainer happened in the Crossfit world, where he gained knowledge and experience in a wide variety of training modalities. He particularly enjoys teaching and training in powerlifting and Olympic lifting, but takes a well-rounded approach that includes everything from basic bodyweight movement, to a variety of resistance exercises, and a strong focus on mobility and proper body mechanics.
Jonathan loves helping people of all levels reach their goals, and does so in a way that is approachable yet appropriately challenging and individualized. At the end of the day, it’s all about feeling good in your own skin.
