Our weekend classes are designed to give our members an option to keep their bodies evolving in the right direction. These classes are limited to 10 members per class, so you can receive the proper coaching to ensure proper techniques.

Saturday's from 9am to 10am

Add a third or fourth workout to your fitness routine. This class will help you build upon your weekly fitness routine. All movements will be tailored to your fitness level, pushing you to new heights.

Sunday's from 9am to 10am

- Correct Posture
Integrating mobility and stretching is key to maintaining a healthy and pain-free body long term. Our guided class will meet you where you are and teach you how to achieve optimal flexibility.
