FAQ
Is personal training right for me?
We believe that everyone needs a personal trainer to help you know where your strengths and weaknesses are. Our coaches will assess your movement patterns, take into account your fitness goals, and then design a program that will guarantee you results.
What membership is best for me?
We offer three different memberships that are designed to meet you where you at on your fitness journey. We recommend coming for our “Free 30 Minute Consultation” to discuss which membership is best for you to start with.
Is nutrition coaching and body work therapy included in the memberships?
Nutrition and body work therapy are not included in your membership. These are a la carte services.
Can I join the gym without using a personal trainer?
No. Our gym is a personalized training gym only. All members are paired with a personal trainer to coach and guide them through a workout.
Is there access to use the gym when not working with a trainer?
Yes. We encourage all of our members to come use the gym on non-personal training days. Cardio equipment is available from 6am – 7pm Monday through Thursday. The gym equipment is available 12pm – 7pm Monday through Thursday & 10am – 12pm Saturday & Sunday.
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
If you are training with us, you will undoubtedly learn!
What do I do when I arrive?
The front and garage doors are always open during business hours. You can place your belongings in a cubby, grab a towel, and you are ready to start your workout!
Am I allowed to show up 10 minutes before our session?
We always encourage our clients to show up early to ensure that their session starts on time. While waiting for your session, feel free to use our cardio equipment (rower or bike) or grab a foam roller to mobilize and stretch.
Are there lockers?
No. However, we do provide adequate storage for your personal belongings, which are safe and secure in our facility. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
What should I wear to my workouts?
Most importantly, wear what you are comfortable in. We encourage women to wear a sports bra and athletic shorts and men to wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt. We also encourage light clothing for postural assessment purposes.
Should I bring my own water bottle and towel?
Yes. It is important to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout. We do have a filtered water station available to fill up your water bottle.

Yes! We have a shower at our facility. We encourage everyone to limit their shower time to 5 minutes, and please bring your own towels (but we can provide them if needed).
Does the facility include a sauna, steam, spa, and pool?
We do have a shower, but we do not offer any of the other amenities.
