Adrian Del Villar's passion for fitness began with his early involvement in athletics, evolving into a love for grappling and combat sports. After injuries shifted his focus to training others, Adrian now brings over 8 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. He specializes in holistic fitness, incorporating mobility, functional strength, conditioning, and recovery, with a unique emphasis on rotational movement, landmine training, and human biomechanics.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys Brazilian Jujitsu, obstacle course racing, hiking, and spending time with his dog.
