Holly deeply enjoys sharing her joy for yoga with students through a supportive and healing teaching style.  Her classes focus on great alignment, building strength and having fun.  Students are encouraged to explore their inner resources and celebrate every moment.

Holly has been blessed with the opportunity to study with some of the most gifted teachers in the world.  She is forever grateful for the extensive hours of training and teaching assistance she has done with Michael Fukumura.  Holly’s deep interest led her to delve into yoga philosophy in India with renowned scholar, Dr. Douglas Brooks.

Holly has been a student of yoga for over 10 years and finds great joy by stepping into the potency of breath and yoga with her students.  Community continuously brings Holly back to her yoga mat where practice helps her to remember her connection to all that is good, deep gratitude for everything around her, compassion and acceptance of others.
